Stubb liked to make barbecue his own way. Studying famous West Texas legend, Amos Gamble’s technique, he worked out his own method for smoking meat. The rich flavors of our Smokehouse Bourbon Cookin’ Sauce deliver the “spirit and love and happiness and smiles” that Stubb created in all of his cooking.  This rich sauce tastes great with steak, and can also add great flavor to chicken.
